Birmingham, AL – September 25, 2017 – One of the fastest growing communications agencies in Birmingham has moved into a new office space.
Markstein has officially moved into the Historic Federal Reserve, as was announced earlier this year. The building officially opened in February after a $20 million renovation involving the state’s historic tax credit program.
Other tenants at the building include Hand Arendall law firm and commercial real estate companies Graham & Co. and GCP, which have yet to move in.
Managing director Eileen Markstein previously said that the growth of the company was the biggest factor in the move. The company was previously located in the Wells Fargo Tower. Philip Currie of J.H. Berry & Gilbert represented Markstein in the deal.
