Prosper will be joining Alabama Futures Fund as a new tenant at One721, a historic building which was purchased and redeveloped by Harbert Realty Services and a JV partner in 2019.

Prosper will occupy 2,958 square feet of space at the building. Harbert Realtyâs Casey Howard and Charlie Norton represented the landlord in the transaction. Meredith Calhoun with Tessa Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant.
Built in 1911, the ±14,000 square foot One721 was originally the Seals piano store, and has been completely renovated with modern finishes and a unique design.
The historic qualities of One721 include brick and beam design. Features such as hardwood floors, beadboard ceilings, dramatic ceiling heights, and second floor skylights have been retained and restored. The property also features a new vaulted lobby and all new building systems.
