Southern Immediate Urgent Care will soon be opening their 7th location in the state of Alabama in metro Birmingham. The new 3,000 SF space is located at 4500 Valleydale Road in a high traffic corridor near Oak Mountain High School, Jefferson State Community College Shelby-Hoover Campus, Publix, Walmart and Spain Park High School. It is set to open Summer of 2024. This community has had a huge need for quality urgent care services for years but had very few space/property options because it’s such a tight market. We were able to get creative and find an off-market opportunity that ended up being an ideal fit.”
