Michelle Jimenez

Michelle began her commercial real estate career in South Florida. She has been practicing in Orlando since 2009. Her experience includes sale & lease transaction management, tenant representation, and asset management. She joined Harbert Realty Services in the Orlando office as an Associate focused on leasing, sales, and facilitating further growth in office, industrial and retail sectors.

Prior Experience

Prior to joining Harbert, Michelle oversaw leasing & facilities management of a corporate real estate portfolio totaling over 6.5 million square feet of leased and owned industrial and office properties. She has worked for commercial real estate firms Cresa (Orlando & Miami), CLW Real Estate Services Group, and Grubb & Ellis.

Michelle is an active member of Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP).
