White Arnold Dowd Relocating to Renasant Place

White Arnold Dowd will be relocating to Renasant Place in 4Q 2022 and will be occupying space on the 14th floor of the Building. The firm was attracted to the building due to the ±$5 Million revitalization plans Cicada Capital and Harbert Realty Services are in the process of completing.  The firm in taking advantage of previously improved space and creating a modern amenity rich work environment for its staff and visitors.

 

Mark White, managing member of the firm, said relocating to Renasant Place will provide the firm with a unique environment to better serve their clients as well as help attract new members to the firm. The space will feature exceptional scenic Birmingham views and modern finishes.

 

Completed upgrades at the Building include a new parking automation system, two new chillers, a new roof, and modernization of parking deck elevators.

 

The revitalization team is now focused on the lobby and common areas of the Building.  The Ownership has also invested in a tenant transport vehicle for a fast and convenient way to deliver individuals that do not park in the attached Building deck to and from their parking destinations.
